As for our products, our quality control department cooperates with the factories from the very first stage of development for new product throughout we can provide and share the detailed information with our customers.Even though the partner factories are certified by organizations such as HACCP, ISO standard, and more, Touka Shouji has its own standard to have periodic hygiene management and control instruction with our partners both before and after the production. As for the final products, we regularly monitor the products to maintain our quality. This is our commitment to “QUALITY”.

We sincerely listen to voices from our producers and sellers and comercialize the product at its best condition in the shortest time, and the best method.Touka Shouji runs three main manufacturing locations in Japan, Thailand, and China. The most appropriate plant is carefully chosen to handle the special characteristics of each particular product, with special attention given to every stage from the selection of the raw materials to the final products. One of the most important and fundamental efforts of our business is our dedication to providing a stable supply of goods to our many varied customers throughout Japan.
It is our duty to reassure any customer concerns about unstable supply, a duty that we execute through coordination with our suppliers and with customs clearance, as well as building of a supply system for the entire country and VMI management at each distribution center. Our logistics management department shares information with our marketing department to control our various products to be safely delivered to our customers. This is our commitment to “SUPPLY”.
